CITIZENS CENTRE

The Central administrative and cultural centre in the Chinese city of Hangzhou. The central structure houses the main offices for the city government and central services that run and organise the city. The complex is organised around two large sub ground level shopping centres, with underground walkways and passage ways connecting the complex to the surrounding buildings outlying districts.
